Burça Baklava: Bringing Real Gaziantep Flavor to Istanbul
In order to offer the real Antep flavor to Istanbulites, Burça Baklava, with the motto “Antep is Far, Burça is Close”, meaning abundance, richness and fertility, has been serving on Hadımköy Road in the Alkent Neighborhood of Istanbul since 2019. It makes a name for itself with its delicious flavors prepared with traditional methods and enriched with Antep pistachios and pure clarified butter.
